1. What this covers

This explains the cookies and similar storage (such as your browser's local storage) that RetainSpace uses, why, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. Strictly necessary (always on)

These are required to run the service and keep it secure, so they do not need your consent. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the service will not work.

3. Analytics (only with your consent)

If you allow it, we use PostHog to understand how the signed-in product is used, and Google Analytics to understand how our public website is used, so we can improve both. Because this can recognise signed-in users, we treat it as requiring your opt-in consent. It stays off until you accept, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

4. How to change your choices

When you first visit, we ask whether to allow analytics. You can change your decision at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page, or by clearing site data in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

If we add or change cookies, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent again.
